Overview

Support market-development efforts that grow Changi Airport’s aviation business, passenger traffic and air connectivity while strengthening its position as the region’s preferred air hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform traffic analysis, develop airline business cases and monitor market trends.

• Work with airlines on joint campaigns that promote Changi as a transfer hub.

• Partner internal divisions and external stakeholders to implement initiatives.

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of airline relationships.

• Identify and attract new airlines.

• Contribute to other projects as opportunities arise.

Requirements

• Good degree in any discipline.

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; airline, aviation or quantitative-analysis experience is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and a strong team player.

• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.

• Chinese-language proficiency is advantageous for future engagement with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Some overseas travel may be required.
